Spring is upon us!
For my family that means dinners on the screened porch, long walks with our dog, a skiing trip to Colorado, celebrating Easter, and perhaps a crawfish boil or two. It also means a busy real estate market, and we need more inventory! It's a great time to sell! Home values in Dallas-Fort Worth jumped 25% in 2021, and values are predicted to continue the upward trajectory. Most buyers are flexible on possession, giving sellers plenty of time to find their next home.

Wordle
New York Times' newly acquired letter game, Wordle, has quickly become Morning Joe's preferred partner. What could today's word be?! The object is to guess a five-letter word, and you have six tries to do so. Each try will reveal hints, like if the letter is in the correct spot, or not in the word at all. The best thing about it is that it's not a time-waster. There's only one word per day, and it takes less than ten minutes to complete.

Many local nurseries will start stocking their greenhouses with young edibles, perennial herbs, and flowers that can transplant in March. However, there's something special about watching a seed you sowed grow into a bountiful, lush plant over time.
